1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene, software licensing, or customization.
Non-returnable items include:

Reeds, mouthpieces, earphones, and opened accessories (unless defective)

Opened or used reeds, strings, or drumsticks

Customized or special-order items

Items returned after 7 days (unless under warranty)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If delayed, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items. If you’d like to exchange an item:

Contact us via email with your order number and photos of the damage.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will issue a replacement or full refund free of charge.
